IMC is a private UK company owned by its UK Directors, staff and UK Private shareholders since 2012. Our audited accounts are regularly filed at Companies House every year.
IMC has filed audited accounts back to 2018 and previous unaudited accounts have been filed since 2013.

The next IMC Shareholder meeting is scheduled to be held in October 2023 and will be held at the National Liberal Club, 1 Whitehall Place, London. Invitations will be sent to all shareholders when the date is finalized.
